4,000 years ago, a bear ate mugwort for 100 days and became human. We're not promising that. But we are promising the softest skin of your life and a bath that actually does something.
쑥 (ssuk) — mugwort — is the most important herb in Korean folk medicine. Anti-inflammatory, warming, deeply soothing. Combined with cheonillyeom, sun-dried sea salt harvested from the tidal flats of Sinan Island on Korea's west coast, it opens pores, softens the stratum corneum, and prepares skin for the scrub that follows.
This is Step I of the GOMGOM ritual. Don't skip it. The bear didn't rush.
How to use: Dissolve 3–4 tablespoons into a hot bath. Soak for a minimum of 15 minutes. The water will turn sage green. That's the mugwort. For best results, follow with the GOMGOM Italy Towel while skin is still warm and softened.
Ingredients: Cheonillyeom (Korean Solar Sea Salt), Maris Sal (Dead Sea Salt), Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Sodium Bicarbonate, Artemisia Vulgaris (Mugwort) Powder, Artemisia Vulgaris (Mugwort) Leaf
