때밀이 Exfoliating Towel

In every jimjilbang (spa) in Korea, after the soak, comes the scrub. The 때밀이 (ddaemiri) — the act of removing dead skin — is not gentle. It is thorough, efficient, and the reason Korean skin looks the way it does.

The GOMGOM Ddaemiri Mitt is a long-cloth viscose exfoliating towel, 90cm in length, built for reach and grip. Unlike nylon shower scrubbers that merely abrade the surface, viscose fibers stiffen when wet and physically grab and roll 때 (ddae) — dead skin — off the body in visible ribbons. That's not a flaw. That's the whole point.

Use it on skin softened by the 쑥 Ssuk Soak for the full seshin effect. Dry in between uses. Replace every 2–3 months.

How to use: After soaking for 15+ minutes, exit the bath or remain in warm water. Hold one end of the mitt in each hand and scrub in long, firm strokes. Start with legs, work upward. Use moderate pressure — let the fabric do the work. Rinse skin thoroughly after.

Care: Rinse after each use, hang dry. Do not machine wash.
